Falcon Sports Camps
Colorado Springs, Colorado
Come experience the Colorado Springs Air Force Academy's Falcon Golf Camp at the beautiful Eisenhower Golf Course. Head Golf Coach George Koury will serve as the golf camp director and will be assisted by an outstanding staff of PGA professionals and college golf coaches from around the country. Golfers will receive instruction in all aspects of the game; wood and iron play, putting, pitching, chipping, course management, trouble shots and rules. Video playback will be used for each camper to enhance the learning environment. Each student will receive a camp t-shirt and a golf specific prize. Learn from some of the best collegiate golfers in Colorado as they serve as your golf camp counselors.
The golf camp will begin at 8:00am each morning and conclude at 4:45pm. Each camper will receive instruction in all areas of the game daily as well as playing at least 9 holes. For boarding campers, additional opportunities to practice are available after dinner (weather permitting). During weather delays, our staff will cover golf rules, history of the game of golf and provide insight into preparing for higher level competition.
Each golf camper is required to provide their own equipment to include: golf clubs (with name on each club--address labels work well on the shafts), tennis shoes or soft spike golf shoes, golf balls and tees, golf towel, windbreaker/rain gear, proper golf attire (collared shirts, golf shorts or pants, skirts/skorts), sunscreen lotion and cap or visor.
