Colleges Host Basketball Camps in Virginia
A college campus is a great place to find a basketball camp in Virginia. At the Old Dominion University campus in Norfolk, for instance, you can find camps for both boys and girls. For high school boys with high potential, there will be a one-day clinic. The boys’ team camp, for high school teams, can be attended as an overnight or commuter camp. Younger players, aged 8 to 12, can attend one or both day camp sessions. Old Dominion University’s Head Coach Blaine Taylor will serve as Camp Director, and instructors will include assistant coaches Jim Corrigan, Rob Wilkes & John Richardson. Players on the current team will also work with the campers.
The Lady Monarch Basketball Camp in Virginia offers girls instruction from the Old Dominion’s exceptional coaches. There will be a Lady Monarch Weekend for high school girls, a team camp for high school teams, and a day camp for girls 8 to 12.
