Team Basketball Camp From NBC Camps and Hoop Group
Some camps offer team basketball camp options for entire high school teams, both boys and girls. NBC Camps and Hoop Group both offer team camp experiences for your entire team to practice and compete against other top high school teams, while also engaging in basketball instruction, at a weeklong, overnight camp.
NBC camps offer team camp experiences for varsity and JV high school teams, as well as AAU league teams. These camps are concentrated in the Northwest, with camps hosted in Alaska, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Campers will play a minimum of 14 games over the week, with three tournaments and regular scheduled games. The daily schedule is broken down into three sections, separated by meals. Morning sessions include drills and training, followed by a game or two. After lunch are four hours of games. After dinner there is another round of games, followed by classroom instruction and teambuilding exercises. Scholarships are available on a need basis.
Hoop Group offers an Elite Team camp experience. Located in Reading, PA, Hoop Group offers a week of team competition and instruction. Campers will get a chance to do standard workouts and drills and optional additional specialized workouts, as well as participate in classroom instruction. In addition to a highly competitive game schedule where each team is guaranteed at least five games, campers will also get exposure to college recruiters and coaches. Teams from all over the country, and some global teams, as well, come to Hoop Group for this top-rated team camp experience.
Other Team Basketball Camp Options
Some university and national camps offer a discount to players when three or more team members sign up for the same camp. This isn’t a team basketball camp, per se, but it is another way for team members to spend some quality time together, improving their game.
