Offense-Defense is a full contact camp for young athletes and high school players. This organization has been around for over forty years and has an outstanding track record when it comes to alumni playing for college and professional teams. Campers who attend O-D camps not only learn a lot about the game of football, and how to be better players, they also learn valuable life skills like discipline and team work, that will help them succeed in all aspects of their lives. O-D camps are weeklong, overnight camps where campers will have the chance to meet and work with the best coaches and the best players from around the state.
Nike, in partnership with USSports Camps, is also a full-contact camp, where contact is introduced gradually through drills. Campers are grouped by age and size, as well as skill level, and receive instruction in the smallest student to teacher ratio of any camp of its size. Campers learn drills to increase fundamental skills like strength, agility, and speed, as well as position specific instruction. Campers also receive nightly talks from well-known players and coaches and watch football film nightly. Campers who attend a Nike camp come away with the tools they’ll need to become champions, including how to train, how to eat, and how to be a good sport.
