Boston is very well known for their hockey and have a long history with the sport and has had success on the highest stage of professional hockey with the National Hockey League. The city’s lone team, the Boston Bruins is the oldest hockey club in all of the United States and third oldest in all of the NHL. With its 6 Stanley Cup titles and 24 division titles, the Boston Bruins have created a thriving atmosphere for hockey camps in Boston.

Former Boston Bruin Jeff Serowik has for the past 22 years ran the Pro Ambitions Hockey, Inc. The Pro Ambitions Hockey camps are the official hockey camps of the NHL Boston Bruins. Beyond the locations in Boston and throughout the northeast, Pro Ambitions also holds camps in Canada, Europe, and Asia.

One of the more renowned collegiate hockey teams, the Boston University Terriers provided over 75 years of Division I coaching experience for their youth hockey camps. The four day session held in July is located at the Walter Brown Arena on the Boston University campus, allowing Boston area players of all ages to participate. The camps are directed by assistant coach Buddy Powers and associate head coach Mike Davis.

One of the more interesting and original summer hockey camps in Boston is the Leprechaun Hockey Camps. Run by former Boston Bruin P.J. Stock, the Leprechaun Hockey Camp is a camp subsidiary of the Irish American Hockey Association. The three day hockey camp is available to boys and girls of all ages. Other locations include Montreal, Canada and Dublin, Ireland.
