Camp Description

For the past sixteen years athletes have attended Fast Break Lacrosse Camp because of the competitive and fun environment we create with our coaches and players. Fast Break Lacrosse Camp offers the best in sports staff including coaches and players from nationally prominent Division I programs.

Fast Break Lacrosse Camp at the University of Virginia provides an ideal setting for girls entering 8th through 12th grade to learn, improve and rehearse their skills while playing the game we love. Youth athletes have the opportunity to play on a lighted Astroturf field, the University Hall grass fields, and an indoor facility when available. The average player to coach ratio is 8:1.

Campers must be ready for 6-8 hours of vigorous activity each day. Cross trainers/turf shoes are recommended for play on artificial surfaces while cleats are recommended for grass play.

Fast Break U-13 Camp at Graves Mountain Lodge near Madison, Virginia is designed for the developing lacrosse player who has aspirations to improve her fundamental skills and learn more about the game. Ages 9 to 13.

We will organize the camp based on both experience and age level and will work hard to ensure that each camper is being challenged and positively motivated on the field.
