National Basketball Camps in Colorado This Summer
Both Point Guard College and NBC camps will host basketball camps in Colorado this year. These national organizations are well-known in the industry and both have been teaching kids the fundamentals of basketball for years, building a strong reputation for teaching both the physical and mental skills necessary to become the best basketball player you can be.
Point Guard College breaks down its instruction into four core classes that it offers at various times at various places around the country. These four core classes are Prep School for young players, The Essentials and Think the Game for high school and college age players, and College Session for college players. Starting in 2011, the Advanced Concepts Camp will return to the Point Guard College roster of classes.
NBC camps offer overnight and extended day camps for kids age eight to eighteen who are serious about becoming better ball players. The largest overnight basketball camp organization in the country, NBC focuses on repetition of fundamental skills and training your mind to work well under pressure. Day campers receive the same basic instruction, but leave camp every evening, where overnight campers will be boarded at the host school. University camps are available to kids of all ages, though overnight camps are often geared more toward older players.
